Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Quality Assurance Manager.
The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in quality assurance and food safety management, with a strong background in food technology.
- Demonstrate expertise in ensuring product quality meets company standards while optimizing costs.
- Implement and review the Food Safety and Quality Management System, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to confirm all products meet specifications from supply chain to consumer.
- Comply with FSQA mandates for plant operations.
- Develop and manage practices, activities, and resources to achieve quality objectives.
- Verify adherence to guidelines and requirements during manufacturing, ensuring conformance to finished goods specifications.
- Perform required tests on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Ensure two-way traceability of products from raw materials to consumers.
- Implement and maintain standard chemical reagents, verify concentrations, and calibrate equipment.
- Implement and review the Food Safety and Quality Management System.
- Conduct regular audits and verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage quality-related practices, activities, and resources.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and requirements during manufacturing.
- Perform tests on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Maintain two-way traceability of products from raw materials to consumers.
- Implement and maintain standard chemical reagents and equipment calibration.
- 12-15 years of experience in quality assurance and food safety management.
- Strong background in food technology.
- Proven track record of ensuring quality and compliance in a food industry setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
