Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Team Lead Backend Developer to spearhead our technical team in driving the development of our Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have expertise in fintech lending processes and cloud technologies like AWS or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead backend development initiatives for our lending platform, focusing on scalability and security.
  • Oversee the integration of our systems with AWS/Google Cloud to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers in building robust fintech solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
  • 6+ years of backend development experience, with a strong proficiency in Python and Django.
  • Experience in developing LOS/LMS is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud), with practical implementation experience.
