
Document Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Technical Writer to create high-quality documentation for our enterprise-grade products. This role requires a skilled writer who can plan, develop, and maintain user guides, installation manuals, configuration documents, API references, and integration instructions.
- Product Documentation: Develop and maintain technical content for our products, ensuring accuracy and usability.
- Knowledge Base & Help Center: Create and manage structured knowledge base content for end-users and administrators.
- Release Notes & Change Logs: Collaborate with product teams to draft precise release notes capturing new features, bug fixes, enhancements, and deprecations.
- Technical Marketing & Enablement Content: Contribute to solution briefs, product highlights, use-case guides, and training material for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 24 years of technical writing experience in IT, SaaS, or enterprise software domains.
- Familiarity with IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, networks, virtualization), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Monitoring & Observability (logs, metrics, traces), ITSM workflows and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, Git, Jira, Markdown, or equivalent).
Bonus Skills:
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, YAML/JSON, or scripting basics.
- Experience in Agile/sprint-based environments.
- Exposure to observability or monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, IT automation).
