**Job Description:**

As a Garment Tech Pack Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development and production of activewear garments. Your expertise in creating detailed tech packs will ensure accurate communication with manufacturers, directly impacting product development, production quality, and overall customer experience.

  • Create detailed tech packs for activewear garments (T-shirts, leggings, joggers, sports bras, jackets, etc.)
  • Translate design concepts into technical specifications including measurements, stitching, trims, fabrics, and colourways
  • Work closely with the design and production team to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness
  • Revise tech packs as needed based on sampling and production feedback
  • Stay updated with industry trends, fabric innovations, and garment construction techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need proven experience as a Garment Tech Pack Designer, preferably in activewear. A strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and accessories is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software is also required. Additionally, knowledge of garment measurements, grading, and fit specifications is necessary.
