Job Title: Technical Center Leader

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a center of 100+ technical staff.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Drive innovation, efficiency, and adoption of new technologies.
  • Oversee resource planning, performance, and compliance.
  • Build leadership capability and nurture talent.
  • Represent the center in client and senior management interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or Technology.
  • Proven record in managing large teams and complex projects.
  • Strong strategic, operational, and people leadership skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
