We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in driving sales and marketing efforts for our crop protection and plant health division.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. They will also have experience in agri-inputs sales, marketing, or coordination roles.
Key Responsibilities- Support sales teams in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Coordinate dealer and distributor communications effectively.
- Track orders, payments, and inventory for our products efficiently.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) accurately.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, field demos, and product launches successfully.
- Prepare marketing materials (brochures, banners, dealer kits) in coordination with the marketing team creatively.
- Organise and track promotional activities and exhibitions effectively.
- Coordinate with the design team for product packaging updates promptly.
- Prepare monthly sales and marketing performance reports timely.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends closely.
- Provide insights from dealer and farmer feedback to improve products and campaigns significantly.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field is required.
- 2–4 years of experience in agri-inputs sales, marketing, or coordination roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines is necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools is required.
- Knowledge of crop protection products and agri markets is an advantage.
This is a full-time position based at Jammu with occasional travel to field locations.
