About the Role
This expert analyst position involves being a recognized leader in your market sector, bringing deep insight and thought leadership to our team. You will contribute high-value content shaping client strategies and driving impact.
As an advanced role, you will lead from the front, engaging regularly with clients, spearheading presentations and strategy workshops, and supporting business development initiatives. This is for someone with well-honed business acumen and strategic thinking, who thrives on shaping industries, influencing decision-makers, and helping organizations unlock their next wave of growth.
Responsibilities
- Research & Analysis: Utilize primary and secondary research to analyze growth opportunities within your area of industry expertise.
- Content Creation: Deliver high-quality deliverables providing valuable insights to feed into our Practice Area's offering and award program.
- Client Interactivity and Growth Coaching: Engage directly with clients on interactive hours, analyst enquiry time, private briefings, and growth workshop sessions.
- Thought Leadership and Visibility: Establish yourself as a thought leader in specific market areas, presenting growth opportunities to senior-level audiences and showcasing your expertise through presence.
- IP Development: Generate new ideas for topics, products, and services in your focus area.
- Business Development: Support the Sales Team, pass leads to AEs, and complete sales queries.
- Deliverables: Take full responsibility for completing deliverables creating insightful and impactful content in your area of industry or market expertise.
- Awards: Produce regular awards based on deliverables, advisory projects, and ongoing industry interactions.
- Frost Radars: Develop Frost Radar deliverables in your market or industry of expertise, showcasing the value of this tool for benchmarking companies' future growth potential.
- Interactive Hours: Contribute to fast-paced, quick turnaround projects for clients, leveraging your industry expertise to add customized value.
- Project Analyst: Play the role of project analyst or lead content analyst on advisory projects when required, leveraging your expertise to drive results.
- Projects: Contribute to projects as a supporting analyst, leveraging your industry expertise for growth opportunity identification and benchmarking future growth potential.
- Solutions: Contribute to solutions as a supporting analyst, leveraging your industry expertise for marketing deliverables.
Required Competencies
- A relevant degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Economics, Journalism, or Technology, with a postgraduate degree being highly regarded.
- 7-8 years of analyst/consulting working experience within a Consulting and/or Advisory services business environment.
- The ability to research and write a coherent story in proper English about a topic.
- A foundational understanding of consulting/research/investigative journalism methodologies and business modeling.
- A foundational understanding of the Machines/Industrial Equipment industry, including industry structure, operational practices, and competitive landscapes.
- Good understanding and excel on developing data deliverables analyzing key industrial and circular economy market metrics.
- Desire, curiosity, and enthusiasm to build your expertise in the Industrial and circular economy domain to become a respected thought leader.
- The ability to network to create new relationships and to proactively manage ongoing relationships to stay relevant to market intelligence needs of the clients.
- Enthusiasm for supporting business development initiatives that benefit the entire team.
- An analytical thought process, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and business-level fluency in English.
- The desire to learn public presentation skills in front of an audience and a video camera.
- Confident enough to present your work to a group of peers or a client and defend your analysis in a calm and professional manner.
- A team player who views team collaboration as an important path to professional development.
