Business Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Consultant to join our team at FutureBridge.

  • The successful candidate will strive to achieve defined revenue and cost goals, building and writing proposals that showcase our techno-commercial research & advisory services in the chemicals & materials domain.
  • Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Participating in business development tasks with senior colleagues, marketing outreach programs, and developing industry/capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, case studies, etc.
  2. Leading the development of a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates specialized in offering techno-commercial research & advisory services in chemicals & materials.
  3. Ensuring effective client communication, including kick-off calls, deliverable presentations, feedback calls, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in chemical & material or related fields, or equivalent experience. OR bachelor's in chemical/polymer science/metallurgy/industrial and MBA.
  • Minimum six years of experience in business research or consulting-type engagements.
  • Deep primary research experience, ability to train team members, and improve their primary research skills (preferably for pricing & cost analysis).
  • End-to-end management experience in business research or consulting engagements, awareness of recent industry trends and challenges in Chemicals and Natural Resource industry.
  • Past and current experience handling teams of qualified professionals.
  • Excellent knowledge of Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Management Frameworks, Advanced MS Office, Forecasting, and Business Writing.

  • Strong analytical mindset and technical background to generate insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Self-organized, planned, matured, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
