The role involves monitoring program adoption and performance metrics, supporting team collaboration and planning activities, and assisting with program governance and curation of audience-based reporting.

Responsibilities include tracking execution of Integrated PMO activities by monitoring key metrics and summarizing insights into executive-level readouts on regular cadence.

Also, creating updates to metrics dashboards within centralized project management tools, logging and monitoring risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating as needed, and supporting preparation and facilitation of integrated planning workshops and updates to the GBS integrated plan.
