Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules in coordination with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and monitor project programmes (MS Project / Primavera P6), budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including reports (weekly, monthly), risk registers, responsibility matrices, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, structure, MEP, and consultants) to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Identify risks, constraints, and bottlenecks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Support senior leadership with data-driven insights and project performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Architecture (minimum requirement).
  • Masters degree or postgraduate diploma in Project Management (preferred).
  • 812 years of proven project management experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office (required).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, consultants, and technical teams.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
