We are seeking a skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Comptech Associates in Gurugram, Haryana. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT recruiter to lead the full lifecycle of recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to matching candidates with our client's needs.

As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for IT roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers. You will develop innovative strategies to attract top IT talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

You will build strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Your initial technical screening interviews will assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Partnering with hiring managers, you will understand their staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

To succeed in this role, you should have 2-5 years' experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role within the technology sector. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience, is also required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle recruiting: Sourcing, screening, matching candidates, interview prep, compliance management, Vendor/Client relations, offer management, and reference checks.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for IT roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and role requirements.
