Job Title: BIM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead project teams as Lead BIM Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and professional approach to training, implementation, and client interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and objectives.
  • Monitor and review project updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
  • Lead BIM Execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and offices for BIM Modelling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM Tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
  • Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo Scripts while training team members in their usage.
  • Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM Industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM Processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic and high-volume project environment.
