Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal design teams, project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is met across all aspects of the project.
  • Solve on-site architectural challenges through creative and practical solutions that balance aesthetics with functionality.
  • Support the creation of detailed drawings and modify designs as needed to meet changing requirements.
  • E nsure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including design changes, approvals, snag lists, and daily reports.
  • Assist in quality benchmarking and snagging completed works before handover to stakeholders.
