Identity Access Management Specialist

As an Identity Access Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust identity access management solutions using SailPoint technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement provisioning, lifecycle automation, access certifications, and self-service capabilities in SailPoint solutions.\
• Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.\
• Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols.\
• Author secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting.\
• Monitor and support SailPoint environments with incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.\
• Collaborate across teams to deliver secure IAM capabilities and ensure governance/compliance alignment.\
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in identity access management and continuously improve processes and solutions.\
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide feedback on architecture and design decisions.\
• Document technical requirements, design documents, and implementation plans.\
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure high-quality solutions.\
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.\
• Implement data analytics and monitoring tools to track user activity and identify security threats.\
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose new ideas for efficiency gains.\
• Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members on SailPoint solutions and best practices.\
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategic plans for growth and expansion.\
• Engage in research and stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and innovations in identity access management.\

Core Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.\
• Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.\
• Technical fluency in scripting and development, and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.\
• Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes, regulatory compliance considerations, and excellent collaboration skills.\
• Demonstrated expertise in SailPoint technologies, including IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.\
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.\
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.\
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, and network protocols.\
• Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.\
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.\
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.\
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security tools.\
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.\
• Certifications in SailPoint technologies, such as SailPoint Certified Administrator (SCA) or SailPoint Certified Developer (SCD).
