Job Title: API Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our API project team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables within the constraints of time, cost, and quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, IPR, Analytical R&D, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain Management to execute project activities.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and relevant regulations.
  • Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Generate regular management information system (MIS) reports as agreed.
Requirements:
  • 9-15 years of experience in program management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Relocation to Bangalore for this onsite role is required.
