We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Management Specialist to lead our Private Banking operations in Mumbai.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve defined sales targets.
- Built and deepen relationships with existing wealth customers to increase share of wallet and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer wallet share and satisfaction leading to client retention and growth.
- Ensure ongoing self-development and portfolio management to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of book.
- Manage key performance indicators at the highest level and maintain complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the bank and other places.
Sales Performance:
- Achieve targets set in terms of product mix.
- Maximize the efficacy of the sales process through best-in-class productivity.
- Achieve budgeted cross-sell targets and ensure coverage of customer base in accordance with the Group-approved Relationship Matrix.
- Develop aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
Integration Management:
- Manage customer transitions with utmost sensitivity and awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention.
- Ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis and report any suspicious transactions immediately to the supervising officer.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Total experience should be 5+ years with 4-5 years into Wealth Relationship Manager/Private Banking preferably comes with his own book that he would have built over the years. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
