Job Title: WordPress Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress developer to play a critical role in building and scaling enterprise-level websites that power nationwide platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with expertise in Gutenberg, Kadence, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). They will be responsible for developing and customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and templates, as well as managing large-scale content uploads, data migrations, and integrations.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of SEO and website performance optimization, as well as experience with version control systems (Git preferred). Familiarity with WP Engine hosting, AWS, and Cloudflare is a plus.

About the Role:

  • Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and templates
  • Build with Gutenberg, Kadence, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
  • Manage large-scale content uploads, data migrations, and integrations
  • Optimize websites for speed, security, and SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with designers to implement responsive, user-focused layouts
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve site performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in large-scale WordPress development
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Expertise in Gutenberg, Kadence, and ACF
  • Solid understanding of SEO and website performance optimization
  • Experience with version control systems (Git preferred)
  • Familiarity with WP Engine hosting, AWS, and Cloudflare is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience)
