Job Description

As a senior software engineer in our digital solutions team, you will play a key role in guiding customers from the present to the future by unlocking the value of their data and applications. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative testing strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the business requirements. Your expertise in automation testing frameworks, such as Pytest and Selenium, will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our software products.

  • Experience: At least 7+ years of professional experience in development and automation testing.
  • Python Development: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Python.
  • GenAI Tools: Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and at least 1 year of experience working on projects that integrate GenAI capabilities (e.g., using OpenAI APIs).
  • Automation Testing Frameworks: Proficiency in tools like pytest and Selenium.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins (experience with Helios and GitHub Actions is a plus).
  • Enterprise Systems Knowledge: Understanding of end-to-end enterprise systems, including integrations, APIs, databases, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in capital markets is an asset to possess
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Python programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks such as Pytest and Selenium.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools and experience working on projects that integrate GenAI capabilities.
  • Understanding of end-to-end enterprise systems, including integrations, APIs, databases, and OOP principles.
