Delivery and Implementation Expert

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of digital solutions in building projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • Determine client requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with clients
  • Analyze various data sources
  • Understand existing workflows and systems within buildings
  • Customize platform modules and dashboards according to project requirements, in conjunction with product managers
  • Develop project-specific algorithms for optimization and prescriptive controls
  • Create project-specific algorithms and methods for automated fault detection and diagnostics
  • Determine necessary data integration based on use cases
  • Utilize the admin panel to deploy the solution and configure rules, conditions, and visuals
  • Determine data to be processed and analyzed based on use cases
  • Collaborate with the technical team for platform implementation (including data acquisition, validation, analytics, and visualization)

Key Responsibilities: Deliver projects efficiently, foster strong client relationships, and drive business growth through innovative solutions. As a delivery and implementation expert, you will have hands-on experience resolving technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Controls, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Data Science/Analytics from a reputable institution, accompanied by at least 10 years of professional experience. Proven track record in managing building solutions, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
