**MS D365 Retail Technical/Functional Consultant Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail, encompassing POS, MPOS, and CPOS modules.
  • Design, configure, and implement solutions related to Tokenization, Payment Integrations, and Refund processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored MS D365 Retail solutions.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, functional support, and end-user training to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure the smooth integration of MS D365 Retail solutions with client systems and third-party applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in MS D365 Retail implementation and support.
  • Strong expertise in POS, MPOS, CPOS, and Tokenization is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in Payment Integrations and Refund processes.
  • A solid understanding of both functional workflows and technical configurations within MS D365 Retail.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results within timelines is crucial.
