Cinema Manager Position

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Cinema Manager to lead our cinema operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and revenue targets through efficient operations and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financials of the cinema, including sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and direct daily performance through consistent implementation of SOPs and tracking of business environment towards achievements of monthly targets.
  • Drive local area marketing to increase admissions and establish the cinema as a destination for entertainment.
  • Enhance cinema performance through sales initiatives and control costs.
  • Ensure redressal of all customer complaints within stipulated timelines.
  • Comply with cinema SOPs and achieve benchmark scores in quality audits.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and qualify benchmark ratings in mystery customer audits.
  • Plan and implement training programs for staff and front-line staffing coordination.
  • Control attrition by maintaining close contact with team members and keep them motivated.
  • Train team on various initiatives.
  • Facilitate implementation of marketing drives at the cinema as per corporate directives.
  • Report site performance against targets for consistent tracking and timely mid-course correction.
  • Ensure support of all verticals to the cinema team for upkeep of assets and availability of systems.
  • Comply with statutory regulations and liaison with local authorities for smooth operations.
  • Develop strong bonding amongst cross-functional team members.

Requirements:

  • P&L handling experience.
  • Functional knowledge of all functional teams at a cinema and impact of their performance on P&L.
  • Knowledge of projection machines/software.
  • Meeting customer expectations while focusing on business goals.
  • Building bridges amongst multifunctional team members for cohesive actions.
