Job Title: Enterprise Security Operations Specialist

This role focuses on supporting and leading physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security systems IT, excellent communication skills, and experience in leadership roles.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting day-to-day physical security operations and implementing Security and Emergency Response Team policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with crisis management teams to develop and implement protocols and emergency response plans.
  • Ensuring proper identification and authorization procedures are followed at the front desk.
  • Maintaining, implementing, and monitoring security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate planning, coordination, and effective two-way communication during incident activation and response.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure.
  • Knowledge of risk assessments, threat analysis, and emergency preparedness.
