Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Description

As a seasoned IT infrastructure manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the company's IT strategy and operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies with business goals.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the strategic direction for the company's IT infrastructure to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.
  • Leading IT security initiatives encompassing vulnerability management, incident response, threat mitigation, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Overseeing Identity and Access Management (IAM), Conditional Access policies, and endpoint management using tools such as Microsoft Intune.
  • Managing Business Management Systems (BMS) including access control systems, CCTV, and related security technologies.
  • Ensuring robust IT compliance frameworks are in place, coordinating with internal and external audit teams to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading and mentoring the IT infrastructure and security teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Planning and managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  • Implementing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.

This role requires approximately 15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management with a strong focus on IT security, including deep expertise in IT security frameworks, vulnerability management, compliance standards, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transitioning from infrastructure roles into IT security leadership, with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP being highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.
  • Proven expertise in IT security frameworks, vulnerability management, compliance standards, and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Conditional Access policies, and endpoint management.
  • Experience with Business Management Systems (BMS) including access control systems, CCTV, and related security technologies.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic direction for IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are highly desirable.
