Job Summary:
\The Lead Business Finance and Planning role is responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. This includes developing and maintaining accurate and reliable financial models, analyzing business performance, and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in finance or related field\
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles\
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills\
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting\
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams\
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through financial analysis and modeling\
