As a Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in empowering investors with high-quality research. Your expertise in fundamental analysis and market dynamics will be instrumental in helping clients make informed investment decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with a strong background in financial modeling, valuations, and report writing. A minimum of 2 years of experience in fundamental research on Indian stocks is required. Proficiency in NISM-Series-XV: Research Analyst Certification is mandatory.
Responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery of research products, conducting in-depth fundamental research using qualitative and quantitative methods, engaging with company managements and industry experts, monitoring sectors, business tailwinds, and market trends, maintaining and updating financial models and performance reviews regularly, writing clear and insightful research reports focused on valuations, stocks, sectors, and investing themes, communicating research findings through various channels, providing timely alerts and updates on important developments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of research products.
  • Conduct in-depth fundamental research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Engage with company managements and industry experts.
  • Monitor sectors, business tailwinds, and market trends.
  • Maintain and update financial models and performance reviews regularly.
  • Write clear and insightful research reports focused on valuations, stocks, sectors, and investing themes.
  • Communicate research findings through various channels.
  • Provide timely alerts and updates on important developments.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; Chartered Accountant qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fundamental research on Indian stocks.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, valuations, and report writing is essential.
  • NISM-Series-XV: Research Analyst Certification (mandatory).
  • Well-versed in the history of Indian and global stock markets.
