Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Manager to lead our Paid Media team in delivering top-notch digital campaigns. This role involves assisting with planning, reviewing, and optimizing Paid Search and Social campaigns, while supporting the team in reporting and managing client accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of full-time experience in digital media marketing, with a strong technical knowledge base to manage and deliver successful paid digital media campaigns.
- Execute day-to-day paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Review and manage client data proactively to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Track and report on campaign results, analyze data, and participate in weekly calls.
- Generate campaign reports, handle pacing, QA, and trafficking.
- Provide initial insights on campaign trends to executives and planners.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in successfully running performance/KPI-based campaigns (CPL, CPA, CPI).
- Able to work independently and demonstrate self-starter qualities.
- Good understanding of various digital marketing functions such as paid advertising and social media marketing.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Forecasting, and Chart Building.
