Senior Investment Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Senior Research Analyst. This key role involves overseeing entity management and platform administration, playing a vital part in our organization's success.

• This includes setting up and maintaining entities across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless data integration and accuracy.

Data Integrity & Reconciliation is paramount to this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing regular reconciliations, validations, and monitoring to guarantee data consistency and accuracy.

• Maintaining ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data integrity across systems.
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Implementing quality control measures to prevent data inconsistencies.

Fund Operations & Structure Management is another critical aspect of this role. The Senior Research Analyst will be responsible for executing fund structure setup, organizing and maintaining legal entity documentation, and supporting fund lifecycle management from inception through wind-down.

• Executing fund structure setup for the Alternatives book of business.

Process Improvement & Documentation is essential to this position. The Senior Research Analyst will develop and maintain legal entity workflow diagrams and process documentation, lead process reengineering initiatives, create and update standard operating procedures, identify opportunities for automation, mentor junior team members, and provide guidance on complex entity management issues.

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.
