Infrastructure Investment Analyst - Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our Infrastructure Buy-out Fund Investment Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in infrastructure deal analysis, valuation modeling, and risk management.

Job Responsibilities:

New Deal Opportunity Analysis:

-Conduct thorough analysis of new deal opportunities across the infrastructure landscape, considering market dynamics and regulatory requirements.

-Evaluate the deal and assess whether it fits into the fund's investment framework.

Deal Pursuit and Structuring:

-Identify and pursue attractive investment opportunities aligned with the fund's strategy, considering unique characteristics of infrastructure transactions.

-Develop detailed financial models tailored to infrastructure investments, incorporating factors related to debt, tax etc.

Documentation and Presentation:

-Prepare comprehensive memos and investment proposals for review by senior management and investment committees, articulating opportunity aspects and proposing risk mitigation strategies.

Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management:

-Monitor portfolio performance, undertake timely reviews and assess risks, leveraging specialized tools and methodologies.

-Stay up-to-date with market nuances, regulatory changes, and industry developments affecting the infrastructure sector, adapting investment strategies and risk management practices accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure space within a buy-side or sell-side environment with understanding of sector-specific nuances.
  • MBA from Tier 1 institutions, CA (Rankers preferred)
