About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assurance services to our clients. With 1-3 years of experience in US GAAP general accounting and financial statement review, you will be able to identify and document accounting issues and discuss them with senior/Assistant Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and document accounting issues and discuss with senior/Assistant Managers.
  • Work on various auditing projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports sent to clients.
  • Review work product and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Service multiple client engagements simultaneously, developing strong relationships with audit leads.
  • Drive quality project deliverables, participating in Training and Development to hone skills.
  • Built internal auditing systems and ensure their correct application, verifying company financial information.
  • Prepare audit reports and statements for review, responding to client audit queries in good time.
Requirements for Success
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, possessing organizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled time frames.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail, with proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills, problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to technical challenges.
