Education Developer

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our online education team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality educational content for our online courses and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior faculty and programme directors to develop industry-aligned curricula.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences through teaching and facilitating courses in certificate programmes.
  • Assess student assignments and provide timely feedback.
  • Contribute to guest faculty coordination, ensuring programme quality through collaboration with senior faculty.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise by staying current with developments in computer science and related fields.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt teaching methods and content to meet evolving industry standards and learner needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Passion for student success and a commitment to providing high-quality training to diverse learners.

Required Skills:

  • Technical expertise in AI and business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Experience working on complex technology projects.
  • Relevant degree with minimum 5 years industry experience in the above areas.

Desirable Additional Qualifications:

  • Certification(s) in relevant technologies or methodologies.
  • Experience mentoring adult learners or professionals in certificate or continuing education programmes.
