Job Title: Master Data Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a skilled Master Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for maintaining accurate data.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality material master data within SAP HANA. This involves ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across various functions such as supply chain, procurement, finance, and production.

  • Data Management: The candidate will manage new material codes in various depots with HSN Code, Shipping point, planned price, standard cost for various materials in depots/plant across India.
  • Master Data Maintenance: Responsibilities include maintaining material master data, handling SAP MDO Tool used to create new Code VERP, ROH, HAWA codes for improved data quality.
  • Supporting Systems: Candidate will support service now ticketing tool and MDO Tools, Workflow Testing for Material Creation, extension, and change.
  • Material Master Change Activity: Includes material availability check in system, material stock checking, and stock transfer using MIGO.
  • User Training: Providing training to end users about material activities like creation, change, extension.
  • Production Data Preparation: Preparing production data to create mater data, BOM, Routing, and WorkCentre through BDC Report.
  • Task Execution: Working as per tasks and roles assigned, adhering to business exigency, and supporting business operations with extended hours when required.
  • Reporting and Dashboard: Creating various MDM MIS and DASHBOARD on daily/weekly basis.
  • Timeline Adherence: Adhering to timeline as per defined SLA for respective activities.

SAP ECC/HANA experience is mandatory for this role.
