Job Description

The Global Business Services (GBS) aims to provide unified services based on standardized and automated solutions across different functions and markets. This enables operational efficiency, quality services, improved agility, and better decision-making whilst reducing complexity and workload.

The Customer Lifecycle team ensures all customer and price-related data is maintained accurately in SAP. The team maintains and sets up all master data for customers and prices, communicates data and process requirements where required, and assists in systems or process initiatives relating to master data as well as performing ad-hoc analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customer data accounts with clear and mindful accuracy.
  • Develop policies, work processes, and process controls to deliver error-free data for creating and maintaining customer data.
  • Manage the Master Data team's interaction with a wide portfolio of markets across EU, NAM, and LAM.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in SAP AFS
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication skills required, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions and work under tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and willingness to develop and implement Master Data policies and procedures
  • High degree of integrity and desire to learn and grow every day

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Customer Life Cycle
  • 2+ years of working experience
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function
