Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Financial Modeling: Develop annual budgets and build comprehensive financial models to drive business growth.
  • Financial Analysis: Monitor targets and make course corrections against plan vs actual performance.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Publish regular Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards for leadership, investors, and management.
  • Revenue Growth: Deliver deep revenue analytics and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Data Reconciliation: Perform periodic data reconciliation and follow up with insurers and internal sales teams to close revenue gaps.
  • Cost Optimization: Analyze cost KPIs, monitor key metrics, bring insights, and control leakages to improve operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple stakeholders and support metrics reporting for relevant processes.
  • System Automation: Collaborate on projects for system automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Strong data gathering and manipulation skills.
  • Ability to develop a strong partnership with business leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Deep expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and models.
  • Prior experience in business-facing roles is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite is essential.
