Global Payroll Specialist

• Process and manage complex payroll inquiries from employees across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
• Manage LOA transaction entry, employee inquiries, and validate pay calculations to ensure compliance with regional legislation.
• Confirm the accuracy of garnishment processing and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Execute standard work for managing overpayments/repayments, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain regional policy compliance.
• Prepare and execute standard work for defined payroll processes under regional managers' responsibility, validating data for accuracy.
• Identify gaps in payroll processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Process equity inclusions, relocation benefits, imputed income, and other taxable inclusions accurately.
• Escalate payroll-related issues, seek advice when faced with complex problems, and propose reasonable solutions.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions into payroll applications, meeting audit timelines and complying with country legislation.
• Execute data entry for multiple countries within a region, adhering to audit timelines and country-specific legislation.
• Demonstrate expertise in GlobalView, ADP Celergo, and eTime, processing payroll efficiently.
• Develop strategies to reduce MUDA in employee inquiries through effective communication and data processing optimization.
• Optimize payroll processes, leverage process improvement tools, and harmonize procedures for all opcos under a shared service model.
• Support daily visual management to identify areas for improvement, set control limits, and measure progress towards optimization goals.
• Calculate termination and deceased wage payments accurately, adhering to country legislations.
• Monitor and support employee escalations and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Utilize analytical skills to run standard and create ad-hoc reports, supporting decision-making and payroll management.
• Manage tax data accurately, preparing ACH and payroll simulations as needed for termination pay or pro-forma calculations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a strong understanding of payroll principles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll shared service models, preferably using ADP GlobalView, ADP eTime, ADP Celergo, or ADP Streamline.
• Experience processing payroll for multiple countries within a region is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office software, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
