As a seasoned business analyst in the EH&S domain, you will serve as the single point of contact between the EH&S business function and IT. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing EH&S-related IT projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate EH&S business needs into IT requirements and solutions through thorough business analysis.
  • Serve as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms, ensuring stability, compliance, and usability.
  • Oversee incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications.
  • Collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards.
  • Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure EH&S applications meet regulatory requirements.
">Requirements:
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S).
  • Experience in project management (end-to-end IT project lifecycle).
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, release, and problem management).
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management.

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules.
  • ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications.
