Job Description">

Workday Support Consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Workday core HR and Payroll processes. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Workday's business processes, particularly in Core HR and Payroll.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Workday Support with a strong understanding of Workday core HR and Payroll functionality.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK legislation and payroll requirements.
  • Good exposure to SAP Payroll, OM, and PA Module experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage delivery expectations and respond promptly to queries.

The ideal candidate will be able to act as the go-to-person for service transition expertise in the region, managing third-party delivery in support of Service readiness activities and OAC compliance. They will also assist with the development of fit-for-purpose system enhancements and solutions in conjunction with UK-based support teams.

The Workday Support Consultant will be responsible for managing incidents and problems through to resolution, applying UK-based processes for changes, and following appropriate processes and standards as defined by the UK-based support team.
