Our organization is seeking a seasoned Workday professional to join our team as a Workday Support Consultant. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Workday system, providing expert support and guidance to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Workday's core HR and payroll functions, as well as extensive experience in implementing and managing these processes. Additionally, they should have a strong grasp of UK legislation and payroll regulations, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business teams to identify requirements and provide informed recommendations on Workday best practices.
  • Ensure that all Workday systems are configured correctly, from development to production environments, while maintaining optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for Service Transition expertise, providing critical support during service readiness activities and OAC compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in estimating costs and effort required for change and support services, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Manage incidents and problems through to resolution, applying UK-based processes for changes and adhering to defined standards.
