About the Role
As an Executive Assistant at Architect Hafeez Contractor, you will be working closely with high-level executives to manage their day-to-day activities with professionalism and etiquette.
Responsibilities include:

- Tender Filling: Manage administrative tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You should also possess:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities.
- Administrative coordination and logistics skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality.
Location
The ideal candidate should be based in Mumbai and preferably living near Fort/Churchgate area. A willingness to work long hours and maintain regular attendance is necessary.
