Senior Delegate and Speaker Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Delegate and Speaker Acquisition Executive to drive participation at our international events and conferences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, research, and community engagement in the B2B events space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delegate Acquisition:

•• Identify and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains through strategic outreach and communication.

•• Drive registrations for our international conferences and forums by maintaining high-quality communication with potential attendees via email and other outreach strategies.

• Speaker Acquisition:

•• Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas.

•• Reach out, pitch event value propositions, and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers. Coordinate with the content team to align speaker profiles with session topics.

• Community Engagement:

•• Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events.

•• Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, ensuring a seamless pre-event experience.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.

• Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.

• Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calls).

• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for community building.
