About the Role

This position bridges the gap between marketing strategy and operational excellence, ensuring events deliver measurable marketing results. The successful candidate will combine agency-side client management with expertise in audience intelligence and vendor partnerships to create powerful event experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Event Production team to ensure end-to-end event production for multiple concurrent client campaigns.
  • Translate client marketing objectives into targeted event experiences using proprietary audience intelligence.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to align event design with broader marketing campaign goals.
Client Partnership & Campaign Management
  • Serve as primary operational point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Lead client calls, present campaign strategies, and provide regular performance updates.
  • Collaborate with account management to develop integrated marketing campaigns where events drive lead generation and brand engagement.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously.
Team Management
  • Oversee a team of 20-30 full-time employees including Regional Customer Success Managers, Audience Acquisition Team Leads, Campaign Specialists, and Data Research Associates.
Performance & Analytics
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics connecting event activities to marketing outcomes and ROI.
  • Use audience data and campaign insights to continuously optimize event experiences and operational processes.
  • Provide detailed post-event analysis and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, event marketing, or experiential marketing with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
  • Proven track record managing events at marketing agencies or in-house marketing teams.
  • Experience with both micro-events and large-scale productions across various industries.
  • Background in campaign management with understanding of marketing attribution and ROI measurement.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience using tools like Asana or Monday.com.
  • Vendor management experience including contract negotiation and relationship building.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology stack including CRM systems, event platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and cross-channel optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at experiential marketing agencies or event marketing firms.
  • Background in B2B marketing with understanding of lead generation and nurturing processes.
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and lead management systems.
