Life and Wellness Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Life and Wellness Coach to join our network as an independent contractor. As a coach, you will partner with clients in a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering environment to facilitate exploration, self-discovery, and growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering tele-coaching sessions to support clients in developing the insights and skills necessary to create meaningful and sustainable change, and thrive in the areas that matter most to them. This role requires a deep understanding of adult development, wellness principles, and evidence-based coaching modalities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone calls.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of your session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team and other stakeholders whenever needed.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all individuals.
Requirements
  • Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body, such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), or Association for Coaching (AC).
  • Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience required.
  • Adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including but not limited to, NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • Committed to quality care, willing to expand capabilities, and increase effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
  • Preference for independent work, but also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other coaches.
