Business Transformation Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business transformation initiatives in Payments Modernization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer and software requirements into functional specifications to ensure product standards are met, reducing solution costs.
  • Participating in customer and product requirement meetings to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Delivering impact assessments and time estimations to enable system implementation by providing clear specifications.
  • Developing use case models and managing supporting specifications, contributing to domain object models and UI designs.
  • Providing clarifications and support to the test team during test scenario derivation and testing processes.
  • Supporting project teams for configuration of the solution, analyzing and answering questions on future and implemented product features.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience leading Payments Modernization initiatives in Payment Services Providers.
  • Solid techno-functional experience with a background in payments, including ACH, Wires, ISO20022, B2B, Cross-Border, ACH/Direct debits, Wires/RTGS, SWIFT/Cross border payments, Real-time Payments, Reconciliation, Payment validation, and Transformation.
  • Experience with Recon platform Testing, Payment Gateways/Networks, and Payment Engines.
  • Knowledge of Banking, Cards, and Payments Domain, as well as hands-on experience with software development life cycles like waterfall and agile.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in solutioning platforms adopting ISO 20022 (CBPR+ and HVPS+) will be an advantage.
  • Mobile Payments/Wallet Payments knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Experience in Agile & Safe Agile practices.
