We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Associate Project Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information effectively.

  • Break down complex projects into manageable actions and set realistic timeframes.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Ensure client needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities to drive project success.
  • Oversee project procurement management and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Utilize tools to track working hours, plans, and expenditures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure project deliverables meet standards.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrate ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Exhibit solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Showcase strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Associate Project Manager.
