Telecom Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Telecom Operations Manager to lead our international contact center team in the US. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large groups of people, with a strong background in telecom operations and customer relationship management.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring seamless delivery of client services, and driving business growth through effective strategic planning and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BPO/BPM Background: Candidates should have a solid understanding of business process outsourcing and business process management principles.

  • Telecom Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
