HR and Accounts Professional

As an HR and accounts professional, you will be responsible for handling full set accounts, managing annual audits and tax return filings, establishing and reconciling bank accounts, preparing financial reports, and overseeing internal control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate annual audits and tax return filings
  • Establish and reconcile all operating bank accounts
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and statutory reports
  • Manage timely monthly closing process and reconciliations
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies
Human Resources Duties:
  • In charge of recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Update and maintain employee records and data
  • Leave administration and tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Performance management review and development
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Diploma or degree in accountancy, finance, or economics
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully
  • Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments
