Job Title: Asset Valuation Specialist

Evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

This is a secure, full-time remote role where you'll review deals, calculate returns, check refurbishment estimates, and decide whether deals stack — your analysis will directly impact real-money decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Love working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understand terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
