Financial Analyst - Investment Valuation Specialist

You will work closely with senior investment professionals to provide valuation and monitoring services for portfolio investments. Your role involves performing valuations on a range of (illiquid) investments across various industries, preparing and updating valuation models, detailed memos, and presentations.

  • Independent data gathering and prioritizing multiple assignments, including ad-hoc projects, within tight deadlines.
  • Adhering to high-quality standards and industry best practices in financial modelling and analysis.

Required Skills:

  • Solid experience in valuation, financial modelling, and Excel skills.
  • Exposure to US/European primary and secondary markets, with knowledge of third-party databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to address client queries effectively.

Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with VBA macros and sector knowledge in Real Estate, Shipping, Aircraft, and Oil & Gas.

Academic Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent qualification in finance from a reputable institution, or a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Economics with CFA (Level II completed).
