Data Privacy and AI Review Specialist

This role involves leading data privacy and AI reviews, ensuring accountability and efficient execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in highly regulated industries and a comprehensive understanding of data privacy policies.
The selected individual will plan, prepare and coordinate data privacy reviews with stakeholders, conduct reviews independently and draft high-quality reports. Additionally, they will coordinate remediation actions, verify evidence of implementation and document the outcome within systems as applicable.
Responsibilities include tracking timely completion of remediation actions, maintaining accurate records and developing credible relationships with key stakeholders to ensure collaboration and influence.
Key performance indicators focus on efficient execution, timely completion of remediation actions and accurate record keeping.
Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, law or a relevant subject matter, data privacy certification and extensive experience in a regulated industry.
A strong understanding of data privacy policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements is essential. Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate within cross-functional teams is also required.
