Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the full spectrum of our accounting operations.","
  • Handle multiple accounts, branches, and projects with accurate consolidation.","
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.","
  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts.","
  • Manage cash flows and working capital effectively.","
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations.","
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups.","
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory filings, and audit requirements.","
  • Prepare and present MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial insights.","
  • Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.","
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.","
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making.","
  • Identify and implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements.","
  • Maintain proper documentation, ensuring data accuracy & confidentiality.","
  • Demonstrate expertise in Excel for reporting and analysis.","
  • Strong experience in handling banking operations.","
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments.","
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking ability and adaptability.","
  • Work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.com).","
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.","
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting operations, preferably using Zoho Books or similar cloud-based accounting software.","
  • Strong proficiency in Zoho Books (or equivalent accounting software).","
  • Working knowledge of taxation laws, statutory compliance, and audit processes.","
  • Familiarity with MIS reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control techniques.","
  • Ability to prepare accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual).","
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.","
  • Experience in process improvement, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing best practices.
