Product Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Academic Dean to oversee our Product design department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and possess leadership skills to drive academic programs forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategic plans for Product design (industrial design) that align with our mission and vision.

- Provide guidance and support to faculty members in their teaching practices, research projects, and professional development.

- Conduct regular evaluations of program curriculum to ensure it meets industry standards.

- Foster collaboration among departments to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities for students.

- Oversee student recruitment efforts and resource allocation.

- Bring industry experts to teach, conduct master classes, and participate in conferences/symposiums.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Ph.D. degree in industrial design.

- At least 15 years of experience with 5 years in an academic leadership role within a design school setting.

- Strong understanding of current trends and developments in industrial design.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
